Vypínání rádia a cd na e 39r.v.2001
Zdravím,potřeboval bych poradit ohledně samovolnně se vypínajícího rádia na e39.Nejprve se začalo vypínat během jízdy,hlavně při přejezdu nějaké nerovnosti(výmol,žel.přejezd.....)nyní se vypne i když s autem jen stojím.dříve pomohlo že jsem autorádio po výpadku okamžitě vypnul a zase manuelně zapnul a hrálo.teď hraje jen sporadicky(vyjímečně).poraďte prosím co s tím,popřípadě kde ,co a jak.čau.

Na obrázcích je rozdělaný radiomodul bm24.
- Na spodní straně modulu jsou 2 plíšky,je třeba přepájet jejich spoje. Na fotkách je místy vidět i koroze těch spojů.
Přidávám i anglický návod:
1.
"take unit somewhere clean and dry with a hard surface and room to work, you will need torq's screw bits now (most tool shops will do a cheap torque screw driver set with interchangable torques bits , the screws are small, i think they are t15 but dont qoute me on that, best get an assortment of sizes as bmw do use different torque's sizes.
now undo the torque screws so you can remove the cover panel, you only need to remove the one side its not a strip down job. when you remove the cover you will see the main curcuit board, on this you will see 2 large silver units, these are the ones with the dodgy soldering. you will see large blobs of solder holding them, mine looked ok but to the eye.
get your soldering iron nice and hot. place the iron gently onto the first piece of solder (do not apply pressure) for a secound and you will see the solder soften very quickly, when its gone to a near liquid state manipulate the solder towards the curcuit board and the silver chip. its a very quick operation and should take no more than a few sec's per solder joint, dont linger to long on one joint or you will spread the solder to thinly.
after doing the first single solder joint i waited until the unit was cool to the touch before moving on to the 2nd solder joint of the first chip, this will reduce the risk of over heating any components, repeat on all solder joints on the 2 chips and that shouls be it. allow it to cool to room temp, then replace cover and test."

"I have now had 3 x BM24 radios with intermittent operation.
The BM24 is the old-gen Professional RDS bordmonitor radio module, fitted to many cars with nav.
The owners report that the radios go on and off when the car goes over a bump or when the boot lid is closed. When the radio is off, it can be controlled, but no sound.
The problem is the solder joints on the vertical interface board, and/or the power amp and voltage regulator ICs
Here's how I fixed it:
Dis-assemble radio:
1. Remove the top lid of the radio (just clipped on)
2. Remove 4 x T8 Torx screws on bottom of radio
3. Remove the main board - it lifts out, complete with the heatsink
Re-solder:
1. Re-solder all the pins where the vertical interface board is soldered to the main board
2. Re-solder the 2 x power amplifier chips, and the voltage regulator chip. These are the ICs that are mounted on the heatsink.
3. Clean up all flux residue with isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush. ensure the board is clean and dry.
Reassemble and refit to vehicle
The radios I have repaired with this technique have been trouble-free and reliable."

Ahoj,
mám problém s audiem, ale ne tak jako ostatni, proto se chci ujistit, zda-li je to také radiomodulem. Mám 530d 11/2002 16:9 NAVI bez DSP, takže předpokládám, že je tam BM54. Celej problém je o tom, že asi před dvěma měsíci jedu po dálnici a najednou začlo praskat v levých reprácích. Asi po 5-ti kilometrech přestalo praskat, levé hrají normálně a pravé nehrají. Situace i po dvou měsících stejná. Je to radiomodul?

Jestli tam mas BM54 tak je to na 99% poskozeny koncovy stupen zesilovace v modulu (hodne casta zavada). Reseni je sehnat jiny modul (pokud vim tak cena kolem 5.000), nebo si ho nechat opravit. Viz prispevek vyse.
